What a vibrant dress! Kudos to her for picking a neutral shoe so it wouldn't compete with the dress.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:35 AM) :

fabulous dress!

Blogger Unknown said ... (4:40 AM) :

She is the Sartorialiste nominee for me!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:20 AM) :

very sweet red dress ! italian people got really huge stuff.

Thank you for this blog, it's a great source for well-dress inspiration.

absolutely beautiful. everything. dress, colors, girl. that's style.

Blogger Stratos Bacalis said ... (5:32 AM) :

Amazingdress and looks so good on her!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:48 AM) :

Beautifull¡¡ Where is the dress from??

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (7:44 AM) :

Like how she chose nude shoes (and a "nude" face) in order to highlight the dress. The thing deserves it. Why then did she chose this bag? A clutch would have been more a propos.

Not sure 'bout the hair, though. I know bedhead/rumpled locks are in but this needs just a touch of volume.

mltt

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:12 AM) :

verrii prettyyyyy.. love the color. oh of course only tall, langky women like her could pull these stripes.

Blogger will anderson said ... (8:18 AM) :

that's such a nice way to start the day. i'm so glad she wore that dress. mmm...hmmmm.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:43 AM) :

cute, cute, cute! (despite the horizontal stripes)!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:49 AM) :

Very sweet, lovely dress. Usually I hate seeing that LV bag, but here it works nicely

Blogger Alice Olive said ... (9:01 AM) :

Fabulous colour mix on that dress!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:13 AM) :

Very simple and pretty.
Looks like a dress I could find in my grandmothers closet as well as the shoes. Love the nude coloured shoes with open toe.

Love this blog btw!!!

:)

Blogger Dagga said ... (9:19 AM) :

This is just a dress from Zara - and that makes it even lovelier. Its crazy but I think that over 60% of my closet consists of Zara garments. Beautiful clothing that costs almost nothing!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:20 AM) :

Perfect and High-waisted, showing off her legs, which I'm sure she is aware are quite stunning.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:22 AM) :

bellissima!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:24 AM) :

I love how shes following the stripes with the shoes...nice!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:00 AM) :

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:03 AM) :

...impaccable, she's so stunning

Blogger Miriam Parkman said ... (10:14 AM) :

It looks casual but dressed, a perfect spring-in-the-city-outift! I like the 70's colors on the dress.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:28 AM) :

ciao bella

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:46 AM) :

I just saw that dress in Zara yesterday! Sadly, they did not have my size :(
She's gorgeous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (10:58 AM) :

very fresh. lovely face & hair, and I like the heel height of her shoes. proportioned.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:01 AM) :

simply gorgeous *_*

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:08 AM) :

love the dress, not the shoes

Blogger Elizabeth said ... (11:12 AM) :

That dress is the bomb. And that woman is so beautiful, it's positively . . . I can't even think of the word.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:24 AM) :

I recognize it: it's a Zara dress. I have it, too. In light blue.

Yo

Blogger dileri said ... (11:40 AM) :

soooo pretty!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:50 AM) :

I love this dress. Do you know who makes it? I also love the shoes, not ones I would normally pick up but they look great and now if I see ones like them I WILL pick them up.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (11:53 AM) :

Love the print of the dress and her shoes!!! Adorable, fresh, perfect for spring.

Blogger Topham Beauclerk said ... (12:03 PM) :

Oh I am in love!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (1:16 PM) :

This and the Sartorialeste have me sold on showing some leg. I like the look - but the white stitching on the hem of this dress gives it away for lesser than it looks. Great non-styled styled hair in both.

Blogger Unknown said ... (1:42 PM) :

What a lovely dress!

Blogger Just an Observation said ... (1:52 PM) :

What's with red dresses this season.....I see them every where.

She looks great here ..I like the waist tie here ..bery very cute indeed.

thx sar!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:05 PM) :

I think a saw this dress in the window of Zara the other day. It looked good there to.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:06 PM) :

Wow pretty girl in a pretty dress... looks so easy

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (2:12 PM) :

I think this is a beautiful and versatile dress that could be dressed up or down, depending on the occasion. I love the neutral shoes - they really elongate her leg and tie in perfectly with the tan stripes of the dress.

Blogger Carolina Lange said ... (2:15 PM) :

The dress is so beautiful, the colors are are so good together. Love it! Fantastic dress!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:01 PM) :

Too Ann Taylor, don't feel it's worthy.

Blogger Asi Mod said ... (3:18 PM) :

Bellissimmo. She is a breath of fresh air -- not too tailored or vamped up. Perfect spring dress for this kind of weather.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:30 PM) :

shes fucking beautiful and that dress is amazing, it's just too bad about the louis vitton.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:19 PM) :

Can't say I'm paying too much attention to her dress at the moment, Scott, she's gorgeous.

Blogger Flaneur said ... (4:34 PM) :

Very, very sweet! Except the bag. That's for russian oligarchs and their ladies.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (4:35 PM) :

those shoes remind me of these flats by Belle by Sigerson Morrison.

Blogger Jack Daniel said ... (4:39 PM) :

Scott...THIS one should be the 'Sartorialiste of The Year Nominee, Milan' photo.

I'm serious.

Blogger whyioughtta said ... (5:03 PM) :

She's "would look good in a potato sack" stunning. The outfit is a perfect casual/dressy balance. She looks comfy and stylish.

Not a fan of LV logo bags, or any logo bag, but she's working it.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:13 PM) :

my thoughts on the speedy are "meh" but i LOVE the shoes, so american-in-italy-in-the-springtime...

i say american in italy because when in rome all my american friends wear brown leather sandals with a mid heel reminiscent of audrey hepburn's sandal in roman holiday...mixed with a modern day urban gladiatrix thing...actual italian women do too, but tend to go for a higher heel because they have mastered the art of cobblestone walking whereas we across the pond have not.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:16 PM) :

Just a little piece of Zara information ... The Zara store in Milan is the companies most profitable store worldwide

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (5:57 PM) :

Scott - Am I the only one to think that the earlier comments from 'bone' needn't have used the word 'fucking' C'mon... this is a classier Blog than that and as we make an effort dressing, can't this comment be cleanned up with a few asteriks to make it a bit more stylish as well. Language like that doesn't feel right on this Blog - it offends me like the sight of a didgy pair of Dockers complete with backside cleavage... Am I alone?

Blogger Jessorz said ... (6:13 PM) :

Gorgeous Dress! I love it!

Blogger The Spicers said ... (6:18 PM) :

Great Zara high-waisted dress, but the Damier, real or fake, is just too ubiquitous.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:24 PM) :

She looks like a fruit parfait. So fresh and summery, and sweet.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (6:34 PM) :

Shes look cute as a button!!! I think it's Zara.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (8:02 PM) :

Is this lovely sweet-faced young lady wearing HOSE with open shoes? Say it ain't so Sart!

Blogger raven said ... (9:28 PM) :

That dress is eat-it-with-a-spoon yummy!!!

Blogger Vanessa said ... (11:06 PM) :

Blogger Blaise said ... (6:20 AM) :

it's a cliche to even comment on how beautiful she is.. particularly in that darn dress..

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:12 AM) :

The dress is from Zara, I bought it last Saturday in Madrid....nice and cheap!!

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (9:53 AM) :

If that was an ugly dress it would still look great on her because she is gorgeous. VERY CLASSY

Blogger - said ... (12:04 PM) :

Blogger divina said ... (4:31 PM) :

This dress is bought from Zara i guess, cause i have seen this one many times at Zara. I love the colors and the dress has the taste of Rothko's color field paintings. Definitely looks sophisticated.

Anonymous Anonymous said ... (3:07 AM) :

delightful!

Blogger SheenV said ... (8:20 AM) :

Forget the dress - she's gorgeous! I'm in love!
